International Management Consultancy (IMC) is an education service industry that abides by all the government regulation requirements. This policy covers all students on our system. We are USA and UK accredited. To be rated as a high value consultancy, our aim is to offer high quality education and consultancy services and a safe and stimulating environment at a reasonable price for students in the UAE and around the world. We also publish our fees online for transparency.
Consistent with the requirements of the authorities involved, the purpose of this policy is to provide.
- Guidelines for granting refunds of enrolment fee, cancellation or enrolments and transfer requests. It applies to domestic and international students enrolled in IMC programs.
Student Enrolment Fees
Students must advise IMC that they are withdrawing from a course enrolment.
IMC will offer a refund on the following lines:
- A refund of 75% minus the transaction fee as applicable on the given date will be paid for withdrawals, remaining retention being administration cost. If the student has applied for a payment plan when enrolling, the amount of the remaining payment plan will be waived.
IMC will offer a suspension or extension at no charge to students under the following circumstances:
- By reason/s of proven financial hardship or medical conditions that will extend past the duration of the course enrolled.
IMC will offer refund to students under the following circumstances:
- Where IMC cancels a subject in which the student has enrolled or where the
commencement of the subject or module is postponed for more than four weeks.
Students who have enrolled in a course can transfer to another subject to the commencement of the program without penalty. Students who transfer courses to advanced or higher prices will also incur the price of the original course intended to take. Students who change subjects will be ineligible to apply for special consideration based on changing subjects alone.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Fees for re-exam
There are no fees applicable for the retaking of an assessment. IMC offers 3 free attempts for reassessment which is subject on management approval.
Fees for reissue of certification
There are fees for the reissue of a soft copy certificate. $20 will be applicable for the same.
Throughout the year IMC runs classroom trainings, workshops, short courses and other course-related activities. If IMC cancels one of these activities, full fees will be refunded.
Note: IMC will not be liable for any other associated costs such as accommodation or travel costs.
Where a corporate/bulk business order cancels a training program or workshop registration prior to commencement cancellation fees may apply (refer to the table below).

In the unlikely event that IMC defaults, for unforeseen reasons, and is unable to provide a course of study or continue a course of study, IMC will arrange for students to enrol in a similar course and receive full recognition for any successfully completed units of study already undertaken.
Payment of Refund
Refunds are paid in AED, within 14 business days from the date the student lodges a request with a completed Course Cancellation Request form and with accompanying evidence if applicable.
